Megan Kline Added to KWU's Successful Debate, Forensics Showing

Megan Kline, of El Dorado, KS, traveled with the Kansas Wesleyan University Forensics and Debate Squad to the Cameron University on Dec. 1-3 to take on 20 other universities and colleges at the annual Cameron University Christmas Classic Swing Tournament. Southwest Baptist was the big winner in the School Overall Sweepstakes, with TCU placing second and Kansas Wesleyan placing third.

Kline, with partner Dakota Yates, beat Southwest Baptist in Parliamentary Debate finals to win first place. In forensics, she placed fourth in Extemporaneous Speaking, fifth in Informative Speaking and was a semifinalist in Impromptu Speaking.
