Montric Santee to be Resident Assistant at KWU during upcoming academic year

Montric Santee of Little Elm TX will be one of the 20 Kansas Wesleyan University students reporting for duty as Resident Assistants for the 2010-2011 academic year.

The Resident Assistant (RA) position is an integral part of the success of college residence halls. RAs serve as mentors, mediators, counselors, disciplinarians, and confidants to the residents. They help create a safe, enriching environment that is conducive to academic learning and social growth. Through regular meetings and by planning special events within the residence halls, the RAs ensure a positive living experience for the students of the university.
